This book isn't the #1 Best Selling Pregnancy Book for nothing & I can say that from my personal experience. When I was pregnant with my daughter (6 years ago) I really didn't have anyone to go to for pregnancy advice or tips. I made frequent trips to the library, almost daily, in search of pregnancy related books to give me an idea of what to really expect. "What To Expect When You're Expecting" quickly became my favorite and I definitely hung on to that book for as long as possible.
